The reception staff were helpful. i found the hotel location to be fantastic, very close to metro stations. It added a unique touch. the room was clean and well kept, a real plus!!!

though i did not explore all dining options, there were many stores and bakeries nearby. quick access to these places added convenience to the stay. the area seemed safe for evening strolls.

the reception team spoke english fluently. they readily helped with my luggage. the staff seemed eager to assist with questions about the area and directions to nearby places.

the bathroom had a large walk-in marble shower. towels and bed linens were high quality. i found laundry facilities near the hotel, a practical advantage!!!

The hotel has a prime location near two metro stations (convenient for exploring!). The staff members were always helpful and friendly. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable after busy days.

charming stay near the metro!

crystal greeted me with such warmth, it seemed like i was coming home! i found so many restaurants nearby, along with a monoprix , made everything easy.
I noticed there weren't many sockets available in the room for charging devices, especially near the bed. the decor seemed a little worn. It could use some refreshing, perhaps, to enhance the overall feel.

the staff was very friendly, always ready to help. christelle was super helpful, even assisting with a restaurant reservation i couldn't make myself, really going above and beyond.
